I'm Dr. Ruby Rose, a physician, wife and mother to three active children in Austin, TX. The decision to open my own medical practice was driven by a deep-seated passion for complementary medicine that was born out of a personal need to heal and a sincere desire to assist others seeking symptom relief from ailments that remained unexplained and unresolved by conventional standards.
Rose Medical is a personalized Integrative and Functional Medicine practice, with a singular aim: to empower individuals to attain the pinnacle of health they've always aspired to achieve.
So what is Integrative and Functional Medicine?
Click here for a brief description from my website.
In a nutshell, Integrative and Functional Medicine gives providers a broader differential to help answer the question of why rather than what is causing a person’s symptoms. One common theme that repeats itself over and over again is the topic of INFLAMMATION. I’m sure many of you have heard this term thrown around all over the internet but this is crucial to why certain individuals develop some health conditions. Piecing together an individual’s genetics, environment, nutrition, and behavior can help evaluate and solve the many mysteries of health failures one has experienced along the way.
(My girls and I completing a bucket list)
This year, ask yourself...
What physical activities bring you joy?
What is your relationship with food and is there a healthier approach you can adopt?
How do you manage stress? Have you ever wanted to explore a healthy way to unwind?
Where do you find meaning, hope, connectedness, purpose?
How is your sleep? Would you like to finally get more quality sleep?
What are the top 3 habits you’d like to change? Want to learn how to change a pesky habit?
People might not be aware of all the ways a product might help them out. So be sure to highlight these in your post. You may mention ways they hadn't even thought of!
Making a lasting change is HARD!
These are simple but powerful questions to help prompt you to find that “change behavior” so you can reach that new year resolution. Then, make a simple realistic plan you can stick with. Rather than sprinting to achieve this, take it slow as to not create more stress for yourself. Be honest with your goals and time. We can help you find the balance you deserve.
